Ingredients
- 600g sweet potatoes, grated
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp of flour
- Green parts of 3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp of olive oi
- 1 tsp of grated nutmeg
- /2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- 2. Pour the mixture into the baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- 3.Bake in a preheated 350°C oven for 30-35 minutes.
- 4. After removing the cake from the oven, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan. Serve after slicing as you wish.
